Eco Friendly Digs is required to collect sales tax on purchases shipped into the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
For furniture orders over $3,000 that take longer than four weeks to complete, customers only need to pay 30% as a deposit! By making a 30% deposit you will be responsible to make another 30% payment in 4 weeks, and the remaining balance is due prior to shipping. The deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours of placing an order. The balance is due prior to shipping, with no interest fees or finance charges. Orders less than $3,000 or products that ship within four weeks do not qualify for our 30% down payment program.
At Eco Friendly Digs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and stand behind any product we sell.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or wrong, notify us immediately at customerservice@ecofriendlydigs.com or 941-867-2244, and we will replace your order. We will make arrangements to have the product picked up and replaced at no additional cost to you. Photographs may be required to determine defect or damage.
If you would like to return a product for reasons other than those mentioned above, please check the product page for the return policy for that product. Our return policy varies depending on the manufacturer and product.
Products cannot be exchanged for a different product.
If you would like to cancel an order you have not yet received, please contact us at customerservice@ecofriendlydigs.com or 941-867-2244 to see if it is possible to cancel, based on the stage of processing the order. A 20% cancellation fee may apply.
In the event of a dispute regarding an item made by a third party vendor that you purchased through Eco Friendly Digs that is not resolved through the limited warranty, occurs outside of the limited warranty period, is not covered by the limited warranty or involves any other dispute, you must resolve such dispute directly with the manufacturer. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to any products sold or distributed through Eco Friendly Digs will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. The venue for any dispute hereunder shall be in Sarasota County, Florida or the place of business of a third party manufacturer, as the case may be. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. By using any Eco Friendly Digs service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Eco Friendly Digs. For any dispute hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive a reimbursement for fees and costs, including attorney¡¯s fees, arbitration fees and costs, and court costs, if any. Please review our other policies posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, terms of service, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

All of our products are priced in U.S. dollars and are official only in the United States. Our website will only calculate shipping for U.S. Domestic shipments, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We can ship into these areas, but shipping rates are based on weight and destination and some additional charges may apply. Please contact one of our sales associates for a shipping quote on orders into Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other international destinations. We are not responsible for duty fees or any other customs fees that may be applied during shipment.
